autocomplete: move artist/pool/wiki autocompletion to autocomplete.js.

* Move all autocomplete code to autocomplete.js.

* Mark autocompleted fields with `data-autocomplete="<type>"` attributes,
  instead of hardcoding input field IDs in the javascript.
