Remove the last remaining uses of the PixivUgoiraFrameData model. As of
32bfb8407, Ugoira frame data is now stored in the MediaMetadata model,
under the `Ugoira:FrameDelays` EXIF field.
The pixiv_ugoira_frame_data table still exists, but it can be removed
after this commit is deployed.
Fixes#5264: Error when replacing with ugoira.
Store Ugoira frame delays in the MediaMetadata model as a fake EXIF
field instead of in the PixivUgoiraFrameData model. This way we can get
rid of the PixivUgoiraFrameData model completely. This is a step towards
fixing #5264.
* Add a global /post_events page that shows the history of all approvals,
disapprovals, flags, appeals, and replacements on a single page.
* Redesign the /posts/:id/events page to show all approval, disapproval,
flag, appeal, and replacement events for a single post (before it only
showed approvals, flags, and appeals).
* Remove the replacement history link from the post show page. Replacements
are now included in the post events page (closes#4948: Highlighed replacements).
* Add /post_approvals/:id and /post_replacements/:id routes (these are
used by the "Details" link on the post events page).
Lock the post during replacement to ensure we have the latest version of
the tags and to ensure nobody else can modify the post until after the
replacement is finished.
Perform the replacement in a before_create callback so that it runs in a
transaction and if it fails, the transaction will rollback and the
replacement record won't be created.
Doing the replacement in a transaction isn't great because, for one
thing, it could hold the transaction open a long time, which isn't good
for the database. And two, if the transaction rolls back, the database
changes will be undone, but if the replacement file has already been saved
to disk, then it won't be undone, which could result in a dangling file.
* Move replacement tests from test/unit/upload_service_test.rb to
test/functional/post_replacement_controller_test.rb
* Move UploadService::Replacer to PostReplacementProcessor.
* Fix a minor bug where if you used the API to replace a post with a file,
the replacement would fail unless you passed an empty string for the
replacement_url.
Don't delete replaced files after 30 days. There are only about 30k
replacements in total, so the cost of keeping replaced files is
negligible. It was also wrong because the media asset wasn't destroyed
too, so there were active media assets with missing files.
Rename the following post replacement attributes:
* file_size_was -> old_file_size
* file_ext_was -> old_file_ext
* image_width_was -> old_image_width
* image_height_was -> old_image_height
* md5_was -> old_md5
In Rails 6.1, having attributes named `file_size` and `file_size_was` on
the same model breaks things because it conflicts with Rails' dirty
attribute tracking.
Fail loudly if we forget to whitelist a param instead of silently
ignoring it.

Broken in 27aa9fe. Delayed jobs have to be enabled when creating a
replacement, otherwise replacement will try to immediately delete the
existing files, which fails because they're still in use.
