Switch to using SVG sprites for icons, instead of using a combination of icon fonts and inline SVG elements.
This means there's a single icons.svg file containing all icons, and icons are referenced like
`<svg><use href="/icons.svg#arrow-alt-up"/></svg>`.
This should make icons more efficient since a) it replaces an 80kb icon font file with a 8kb SVG
file and b) it replaces repeated inline copies of the same icon with references to the sprite sheet.
This most notably affects the upvote and downvote buttons.
This also updates icons from Font Awesome 5 to Font Awesome 6, which fixes a few minor icon
alignment issues in some places.

Drop the typopro-web Javascript package that we used to import the Comic
Relief and Kalam fonts. Include these fonts directly in our own repo
instead. This drops a bunch of unnecessary Javascript dependencies.
Fixes Dependabot alerts about security issues in random Javascript
dependencies pulled in by the typopro-web package.
* Replace the "Download" placeholder thumbnail for Flash files with a
new placeholder that specifically says it's a Flash file.
* Fix a bug where the Flash placeholder thumbnail was too small when
using larger thumbnail sizes.
* Fix it so that media assets don't falsely consider Flash files to have
thumbnails. This could potentially cause errors if someone tried to
expunge, replace, or regenerate a Flash post.
mangaupdates, nijie, sakura-ne-jp: replaced with higher resolution,
the old icons look blurry on hidpi screens.
skeb, tumblr: replaced with transparent versions.

Add site icons linking to all the artist's sites in the fetch source
data box.
Some artist entries have a large number of URLs. Various heuristics are
applied to try to present the most useful URLs first. Dead URLs and
redundant URLs (Pixiv stacc and Twitter intent URLs) are filtered out.
Remaining URLs are sorted first by site (to put sites like Pixiv and
Twitter first), then by URL (to break ties when an artist has multiple
accounts on the same site).
Some sites have shitty hard-to-read icons. It can't be helped. The icons
are the official favicons of each site.

* Automatically fix all tags with incorrect counts during daily
maintenance (previously only tags with negative counts were fixed).
* Log fixed tags to NewRelic.
* Remove the ability to manually fix tag counts with the "Fix" button on
the /tags listing. This is no longer necessary now that tags are
fixed automatically.
