Make the following fields visible in API responses:
* ip_bans.ip_addr
* ip_geolocations.ip_addr
* ip_geolocations.network
* users.last_ip_addr (mod only)
* user_sessions.ip_addr
* api_keys.last_ip_address
* api_keys.permitted_ip_addresses
Before IP addresses were globally hidden in API responses because IPs were
present in a lot of tables and we didn't want to accidentally leak them.
Now that we've gotten rid of IPs from most tables, it's safe to unhide them.
Remove the /ip_addresses page. This page allowed moderators to search
users by IP, and to see recent activity tied to an IP. However, it was
limited to IPs tied to uploads, comments, dmails, artist edits, note
edits, and wiki edits.
Remove this page because it was limited in scope and because there are
better ways of doing what it did. The /user_events page is better at
catching sockpuppets because it tracks IPs for every login, not just for
certain types of edits. And the /user_actions page is better at
monitoring user activity because it shows all activity associated with
an account, not just for certain types of edits.
Removing this allows us to drop IP addresses from all tables besides the
user_events table. This is good because these IPs are no longer necessary
for any purpose, and because storing them forever is a liability.
* Fix it so that all edit forms show an error banner if the form
has validation errors. Previously forms had to manually call
`error_messages_for`, which not all forms did.
* Fix it so that the full validation error message is shown next to each
input attribute that had errors. Also update the styling of these
error messages to look better.
* Make IP bans soft deletable.
* Add a hit counter to track how many times an IP ban has blocked someone.
* Add a last hit timestamp to track when the IP ban last blocked someone.
* Add a new type of IP ban, the signup ban. Signup bans restrict new
signups from editing anything until they've verified their email
address.
* Make the bans, ip bans, ip addresses, and user feedbacks pages all
link to one another in the secondary links.
* Add quick search bars to the secondary links on these pages.
- Fixes the extremely long class name on the post versions view
- Can now use one value instead of having to set th and td
- Added missing column classes on all tables
Change calling convention to explicitly indicate whether the attributes
are for the <th> element or the <td> element. Fixes various cases where
the two were mixed up.
* Fix .col-expand classes not being set correctly on the /post_versions,
/pool_versions, and /notes pages.
* Fix .updater and .updated-at classes not being set correctly on the
/forum_topics page.
* Fix the name param being ignored (noticeable in the post count field
on the /tags page).
* Don't pass empty string when column has no name.
