0c483cad15 config: fix references to Danbooru.config.app_name. 
Danbooru.config.app_name is either Safebooru or Danbooru. Fix some
places where it should always be Danbooru.

5422db1c3c Standardize links to wiki help pages. 
* Fix inconsistencies in how wiki pages were linked.

* Link directly to the wiki instead of to a title search that is expected
  to redirect to the wiki.
