Remove the approve option from the post mode menu. Mass approving posts
is rarely needed. The javascript was also buggy (it didn't update the
data attributes correctly when undeleting a post).
The replacement for this feature is to use a tagscript with the
status:active tag.
- Notes must be clicked in order to engage the nudge function for that note
-- This status is indicated by a green border around the note
-- Clicking the note or another note will turn off nudging for that note
- Also prevent notes from being nudged outside of the image borders
* Link other names to artist searches instead of to the new artist page.
* Remove the asterisk next to other names indicating the name isn't used
as the primary name of another artist. This is almost always the case.
* Replace /session/new with /login and /session/sign_out with /logout.
* Rename 'sign in' to 'login'.
This changes are to make urls cleaner and terminology more consistent.
Caused by upgrading webpacker in f8e109f6d. This changed the load order
of the CSS files, which was significant because the rules for tag colors
and for spoiler tags had equal specificity.

The default version of Font Awesome uses Javascript to replace <i> tags
with dynamically generated SVG elements. This adds a lot of weight to
the Javascript bundle (at least 1MB+), even when using subsetting to
load only the icons we actually use. The web font version is less
featureful than the JS version, but much lighter weight.
* Don't truncate long sources in the sidebar on the post show page. Word
wrap them instead.
* Word wrap long external links in general (mainly links in dtext).
* Turn sources into links on modqueue page.
* Switch /static/keyboard_shortcuts from float-based layout to flexbox.
* Switch /moderator/dashboard from float-based layout to flexbox.
* Remove various .clearfix, `clear: both` rules.
* Remove dead .quick-mod rule.
* Reduce size of buttons, form inputs, site menu items, paginator, and
sidebar text.
* Remove various dead rules (nonexistent selectors, rules overriden by
other rules, rules that were otherwise redundant or did nothing).
* Increase page margin size.
* Fix notes being mispositioned (caused by `#image { margin-top: 5px }` rule).
* Remove `list-style-type: none` rules (this is the default).
* Add `list-bulleted` and `list-inline` utility classes.
* Wrap terms of service and user deletion pages in dtext `.prose` class
so we don't have to redefine basic list styles on these pages.
* Remove .ui-corner-all, .ui-state-highlight, .ui-state-error classes
from notice boxes.
* Use .notice, .notice-info, .notice-error classes instead.
* Replace <p> elements in notices with <div>'s so that we don't have to
work around the `margin-bottom: 1em` from <p> elements.
* Replace <h1> elements in notices with <h2>.
* Standardize info notices to use the same shade of light yellow in the
light theme.
* Switch from flat greys to cool blue greys.
* Define colors with HSLuv (https://www.hsluv.org) so that each band of
colors is perceptually uniform (has the same brightness and contrast).
* Adjust platinum user color.
* Change alert notices to grey with blue border.
* Add padding to text <input> elements so that the text isn't right next
to the edge.
* Style <button> and <input> elements explicitly instead of relying on browser defaults.
* Style jquery ui buttons the same way as regular buttons.
* Add color variables so we can restyle form inputs in dark mode.
* Standardize the upload widget background colors (light green for success,
light red for error).
* Move the progress bar to the bottom of the upload widget.
* Change the progress bar color to blue.
* Hide the "drag and drop a file here" message after a file has
already been uploaded.
Standardize background colors to light green or light red in several places:
* Modqueue positive/negative score backgrounds.
* Modqueue quality/sample warning backgrounds.
* User feedback positive/negative backgrounds.
* Ban expired/unexpired backgrounds.
* Flag resolved/unresolved backgrounds (removed; resolved flags no
longer have a grey background because of inconsistencies in what
resolved means).
Fineprint text was variously styled with `.info`, `.tn`, `.hint`, or
`.cost-footnote` css classes. Standardize on `.fineprint` instead. Use
`.hint` only for form hints and `.tn` only for <tn> tags in translation
notes.
Incidentally changes the font size of form hints to 0.8em (was 0.7em)
and the color of fineprint to #888 (was #AAA or #666).
Position <span class="hint"> elements to the right of normal <input>
elements and underneath <textarea> elements. Fixes form hints being
badly positioned on some pages.
