623de37b09 views: remove current user <meta> elements from <head>. 
Previously deprecated. Use the data attributes on the <body> tag
instead.

a8fc2ba508 wiki pages: fix redirects to exact matches during search. 
Change wiki page search to redirect to exact matches only when using the
quick search bar. Fixes searches sometimes unexpectedly redirecting when
doing a regular (non-quick) search that happens to return a single result.

Also remove the logic that tries to expand the search when no results
are found. This will eventually be replaced with a smarter "did you mean?"
search.

103742eb6c Fix #4058: FontAwesome CDN is slow/blocking. 
Switch to the free self-hosted version of FontAwesome. We're not using
any Pro icons, so the Pro version isn't necessary.

e98db8a5b8 css: refactor notice box css. 
* Remove .ui-corner-all, .ui-state-highlight, .ui-state-error classes
  from notice boxes.
* Use .notice, .notice-info, .notice-error classes instead.
* Replace <p> elements in notices with <div>'s so that we don't have to
  work around the `margin-bottom: 1em` from <p> elements.
* Replace <h1> elements in notices with <h2>.
* Standardize info notices to use the same shade of light yellow in the
  light theme.

Ensure dtext is always wrapped in a `<div class="prose">` or

properly applied.
