* Show a banner if the user is restricted because they signed up from a

* Add an option to resend the confirmation email if your account has an
unverified email address.
When Tippy is delegated to the same element more than once, that
prevents the destroy method from working, which makes it so that
users cannot change the settings and then reinitialize the tooltips.
To this end, each delegate() call is now given a different selector.
Additionally, the tooltips are given their own separate <div>'s so
that something like the second delegate() call in the UserTooltips
module can be given its own unique selector.
Standardize font sizes and heading tags (<h1>-<h6>) to be more
consistent across the site.
Changes:
* Introduce font size CSS variables and start replacing hardcoded font
sizes with standard sizes.
* Change header tags to use only one <h1> per page. One <h1> per page is
recommended for SEO purposes. Usually this is for the page title, like
in forum threads or wiki pages.
* Standardize on <h2> for section headers in sidebars and <h3> for
smaller subsection headers. Don't use <h4>-<h6>.
* In DText, make h1-h4 headers all the same size. Standard wiki style is
to ignore h1-h3 and start at h4.
* In DText, make h4-h6 the same size as the h1-h3 tags outside of DText.
* In the tag list, change the <h1> and <h2> tag category headers to <h3>.
* Make usernames in comments and forum posts smaller. Also change the
<h4> tag for the commenter name to <div class="author-name">.
* Make the tag list, paginator, and nav menu smaller on mobile.
* Change h1#app-name-header to a#app-name-header.
* Fix incorrect canonical tags. Before we were using
`<meta name="canonical" content="...">`. This is wrong, it should have been
`<link rel="canonical" href="...">`.
* Add a default canonical tag on all pages. Fixes Google treating the
same content on different subdomains (safebooru, shima, kagamihara, etc)
as duplicate content. Also fixes Google sometimes treating similar but
distinct content on the same domain as duplicate content.
* Inline Javascript in the <head> is a minor bottleneck because it
blocks page rendering.
* Fix antiproxying protection (proxy sites like to strip <script> tags
from the header).
Don't embed config options directly in Javascript. Including them in the
Javascript forces us to recompile the Javascript whenever these options
change, which requires us to redeploy the entire site instead of just
restarting the app server.
Add <link rel="prev"> and <link rel="next"> tags to the forum topic show
page, the pool show page, and the favgroup show page.
This is kind of useless now since Google hasn't used these tags for SEO
for years ([1]), and userscripts can use `#paginator-next` and
`#paginator-prev` to find the next/prev pages, but whatever.

Add a sidebar to the modqueue page that shows the following information:
* Number of pending and flagged posts.
* Number of posts disapproved for poor quality or breaking rules.
* Top uploaders in the queue.
* Top artist, copyright, and character tags in the queue.
Remove the nag message when an approver hasn't approved anything
recently. Also remove the modqueue random posts page. As of 3d410398a,
inactive approvers are now warned via dmails.
Fix an invalid SQL exception that occurs when the paginator tries to
do a COUNT(*) to calculate the page count of a relation that already
includes a GROUP BY + COUNT(*) clause. We need to nest the whole query
inside a `SELECT COUNT(*) FROM (...)` subquery so the inner COUNT(*)
doesn't mess up the outer COUNT(*).
Fixes#4285.
Calling next_page here raises an exception when calculating the page
count because it can't handle SQL containing a GROUP BY clause. Swallow
the exception as a temp fix.
* Add ability to mark dmails as unread.
* Fix users.unread_dmail_count to not count deleted dmails.
* Fix show action so that API calls don't mark dmails as read.
* Don't show the unread dmail notice on the /dmails page itself.
* Stop using users.has_mail flag.
Add <link rel="prev"> and <link rel="next"> elements to most pages with
pagination. This should work on all index pages, but it won't work for
things like pool or forum topic show pages.
Also remove the <link rel="top"> element (wasn't useful, was just a link
back to the root url).
* Fix og:site to og:site_name.
* Fix open graph properties to use <meta property="...">, not <meta name="...">>
* Set og:type, og:site_name, twitter:site globally (not just on post pages).
* Set og:url.
* Remove unused always-resize-images, report-server <meta> tags from
post show pages.
Change the title of the post index page to look like this:
"Danbooru: Anime Image Board" (for the front page)
"Kantai Collection Art | Danbooru" (for a tag search)
Change the meta description of the front page to look like this:
Danbooru is the original anime image 'booru. Find over 3.75 million
anime pictures categorized by over 100 million tags.
Change the meta description for a tag search to look like this:
Find over 37,168 Azur Lane images on Danbooru. Azur Lane (碧蓝航线)
(벽람항로) is a Chinese shipgirl-themed side-scrolling shoot 'em up
mobile game developed by Shanghai Manjuu and Xiamen Yongshi...
Remove links to the aliases and implications pages from the main menu.
Put them in the submenu on the /tags page instead.
These pages are too rarely used to deserve being in the toplevel menu.
They also weren't easy to find for non-Builders. The toplevel menu
shouldn't be dependent on user level.
* Replace /session/new with /login and /session/sign_out with /logout.
* Rename 'sign in' to 'login'.
This changes are to make urls cleaner and terminology more consistent.
Change wiki page search to redirect to exact matches only when using the
quick search bar. Fixes searches sometimes unexpectedly redirecting when
doing a regular (non-quick) search that happens to return a single result.
Also remove the logic that tries to expand the search when no results
are found. This will eventually be replaced with a smarter "did you mean?"
search.
* Factor out common sidebar layout template.
* Convert wiki pages and posts to use this template.
* Add data-layout attribute to <body> element indicating the current layout.
